I'm so apprecitiative of your willingness to be one of my advance readers/reviewers. It's been quite a journey to turn my unexpected midlife journey into a story that aims to inspire as well as entertain.

At least 50 people served as beta readers and proofreaders over the past five years. Others wrote beautiful endorsements, and my creative friends helped finalize my cover and back cover description. My sisters, best friend, clients, and mentors provided moral support during this vulnerable project.

My emotions throughout the past five years have ranged from confidence in the meaningful nature of my experience to deep insecurity about my ability to communicate it.

My experience blew my mind, and my goal in sharing my story is to encourage others to follow the whispers of their unconscious, especially if doing so requires going against the grain in some way.

Next Steps

Now, I need your help getting it in the hands of people who need a nudge to follow their Soul’s whisper or others who just enjoy a good story. Enjoy reading through a PDF (or EPUB version) of my finished story. I humbly ask that you complete these tasks by October 6th:

(1)   Finish reading the story;
(2)  Write your review; and
(3)  Consider purchasing a copy (Paperback, eBook, and hardcover will be available. Down the road, audio will be available, too.)

In the days
leading up to October 6th, I'll check in and provide the link to my Amazon page where you can leave your review (It's not live yet).

Guidelines

If you enjoyed the book, one of the most helpful things you can do is leave a review on Amazon. Reviews help other readers discover the book—and they don’t have to be long or complicated. A few sentences are wonderful!

Examples of what to share:

  • How the book made you feel (inspired, understood, challenged, hopeful, etc.)

  • What stood out to you (the story, the writing style, the vulnerability, a particular scene)

  • A key takeaway or insight you’ll carry with you

  • Who you think would enjoy this book (friends, people in transition, memoir lovers, etc.)
