For Leaders & Organizations

Insight -> Dialogue -> Impact

When leadership challenges are complex, high-stakes, and not easily solved with strategy alone.

You may be navigating:

  • Persistent team tension or misalignment

  • Leadership challenges that are difficult to name or resolve

  • High-stakes decisions with competing perspectives

  • Breakdowns in communication, trust, or accountability

Most leadership work focuses on surface-level behaviors or strategy.

I work at the level beneath that—helping leaders and teams identify the unseen dynamics shaping their interactions, decisions, and performance.

When those dynamics become visible, conversations shift, alignment increases, and more effective action becomes possible.

What I Do

I work with leaders and teams through a combination of coaching, facilitation, and advisory support—helping them navigate complex challenges, strengthen communication, and improve overall effectiveness.

Executive Coaching (1:1)

A confidential space for senior leaders to think through high-stakes situations, explore underlying dynamics, and make more intentional, effective decisions.

Leadership Team Facilitation

Facilitated conversations that surface unspoken dynamics, strengthen alignment, and enable teams to move through tension and complexity with greater clarity and cohesion.

Workshops & Group Sessions

Interactive sessions focused on communication, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics—equipping leaders and teams with practical tools they can immediately apply.

Organizational Consulting

Targeted advisory support to help organizations navigate change, strengthen culture, and address patterns that may be limiting performance and growth.

How I Work

I work at the intersection of depth psychology (the study of the unconscious) and impact. I help leaders, teams, and organizations move through challenges and achieve results more effectively by understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.

With decades of experience in entrepreneurship, nonprofit and community leadership, and consulting, I am uniquely suited to offer a trusted space for leaders and groups to explore complex challenges with honesty and depth.

I am drawn to situations where progress is blocked by something unseen—across leadership teams, nonprofits, government agencies, community initiatives, and personal dynamics.

My work integrates multiple lenses, including neuroscience and systems theory. I translate complex ideas into practical language, tools, and habits that can be immediately applied and sustained.

Key Capabilities

Surfacing unconscious patterns shaping group dynamics

Facilitating courageous, honest, and constructive dialogue

Coaching leaders to increase self-knowledge to improve leadership effectiveness

Coaching individuals to communicate clearly in high-stakes moments

Guiding organizations and communities through change and transition

Looking Beneath the Surface: For Example

What Leaders Aren't Seeing: The Hidden Dynamics Shaping Teams, Decisions, and Results

Most leadership development focuses on strategy, communication, and performance. While these skills matter, many leadership challenges persist because the real issue is operating beneath the surface. In this video, I explore leadership through a depth psychology lens and explain why self-knowledge is one of a leader's greatest advantages.

We will examine the hidden dynamics that influence relationships, decision-making, team performance, and organizational culture, including unconscious assumptions, emotional reactions, projection, and communication patterns. I also introduce practical frameworks I use when coaching leaders and facilitating teams, including the Four Conversations model, the 3P's framework (Purpose, Projection, and Permanence), and a process for approaching difficult conversations with greater clarity and intention.

Whether you lead a nonprofit, business, community initiative, or team, understanding what is happening beneath the surface can help you navigate challenges more effectively and create greater alignment, trust, and impact. If you're a leader, leadership team, nonprofit, or organization facing a challenge that seems resistant to traditional solutions, the next step may not be a new strategy. It may be a deeper understanding of what is happening beneath the surface.

The Hidden Psychology of Emotionally Toxic Workplaces: Taking Your Power Back

Most conversations about toxic workplaces focus on what’s happening out there—bad leadership, poor communication, unhealthy culture. But what if that’s only half the story?I

  • In this recording, I explore:

  • What makes a workplace “toxic” (and how it impacts your mental health)

  • How "toxic" shows up differently in nonprofit and corporate environments

  • How stress and uncertainty trigger what's right below the surface

  • Why leaders are often unequipped to handle this level of complexity

Drawing on depth psychology and neuroscience, I break down:

  • The four conversations happening in every interaction

  • How childhood patterns shape emotional reactions at work

  • The role of the reticular activating system in reinforcing perceived threats

  • What complexes are—and how they quietly run the show

Most importantly, I walk you through a practical process to:

  • Separate facts from emotional reactions

  • Trace intense responses back to their origin

  • Work with emotions in the body by shifting your internal state to change how others respond to you

This isn’t about excusing harmful behavior. It’s about reclaiming your power. Because, as C.G. Jung suggested, the fate of the collective depends on the self-reflecting individual. If you’re navigating a difficult work environment, this episode offers a different kind of doorway—one that leads inward.

How My Work Helps

Leaders I work with report:

  • Greater clarity in complex situations

  • More effective communication in high-stakes conversations

  • Stronger team alignment and collaboration

  • Increased confidence in decision-making

  • Readiness for expanded leadership roles

For example, I worked with a senior leader and her team within an international company to strengthen communication, self-awareness, and team effectiveness.

Through a combination of executive coaching and team workshops, leaders developed the ability to navigate difficult conversations more productively, resulting in stronger collaboration and readiness for expanded leadership responsibilities.
