When something in your life no longer fits–
but you're not sure what comes next

black man uncertain.jpg

You may feel stuck, restless, or uncertain.

What once worked no longer does.

The questions are deeper now—about identity, relationships, purpose, and what is asking to change.

I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level strategies.

My work helps you uncover the underlying patterns—often unconscious—that shape how you think, relate, and make decisions.

When those patterns become visible, something shifts. Clarity emerges.

And new choices become possible.

Different Doorways

Midlife Unraveling

What many people call a midlife crisis is, in fact, a normal psychological passage.  Midlife unraveling is the process of remembering who you were before life required you to adapt, perform, and succeed in particular ways. â€‹

In my work, we slow down the reflex to fix, interpret symptoms symbolically, and create space for what is trying to emerge through your dreams, emotions, relationships, and body.

Relationships

Every relationship, no matter how long, carries a hidden agenda — not in a manipulative sense. â€‹By midlife, we may have outgrown a relationship. Our psyche might be less willing to maintain old compromises. What we’ve disowned, delayed, or adapted to becomes untenable. Anxiety, exhaustion, headaches, injuries or illness, fantasies, or strong urges we can't resist are all ways our unconscious is trying to get us to explore what's beneath the surface.

It's complicated and it's sacred work to uncover the deeper meaning of our relationships, no matter how long they last.

Dreams and the Unconscious

Dreams are a direct route to your unconscious because your ego is not standing guard while you sleep, but the mind is stubborn. During midlife, dreams often become more vivid, emotional, or disruptive. As the psyche reorganizes itself, dreams help regulate the nervous system and prepare you to meet truths that cannot yet be lived consciously. Rather than pushing for clarity, dream work allows meaning to emerge at a pace your body can tolerate.

Depth of Wisdom Program

Whether you're already experiencing an identity crisis, feeling confused about a relationship or career, or sense there's a deeper sense of purpose waiting for you, you can go as slow or you want. If you're the kind of person who is all in, you might be interested in an accelerated journey to exploring your unconscious. Not only is my Depth of Wisdom program is tailored to your style of learning and self-reflection, the initial Depth of Wisdom Questionnaire allows me to gain insights about you and your life right up front, before we even begin.

Is This Resonating?

This work tends to resonate with people who:

  • Feel disoriented, restless, or quietly dissatisfied despite “having a good life”

  • Are experiencing emotional or bodily symptoms that don’t resolve through fixing

  • Sense that midlife is asking something deeper of them

  • Want meaning, not just coping strategies

  • Are willing to listen inward rather than override themselves

If you’re looking for quick relief or external answers, this may not be the right approach. If you’re ready for honesty, depth, and transformation that unfolds organically, this work offers a different path.

Midlife unraveling isn’t the end of something.

It’s the psyche inviting you into a deeper relationship with yourself.
